2. What ExciteSubmit provides

ExciteSubmit provides free tools for submitting URLs through IndexNow and for analyzing publicly accessible webpages and XML sitemaps. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.

3. No indexing or ranking guarantee

An accepted IndexNow request only means that the submission endpoint accepted the notification. ExciteSubmit does not guarantee that any search engine will crawl, index, rank, retain, or display a submitted URL.

4. Your responsibilities

• Only submit or analyze URLs you are authorized to use with the service.
• Do not use ExciteSubmit to target private systems, local networks, restricted resources, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or technical restrictions.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, disruptive, or malicious activity.
• You are responsible for placing and maintaining any IndexNow key file required for your domain.

5. Automated and excessive use

ExciteSubmit may apply rate limits and other technical controls to protect availability and prevent abuse. Access may be limited or blocked when activity threatens the service or other systems.

6. Third-party services

ExciteSubmit relies on third-party internet services and may communicate with the official IndexNow endpoint and websites that you ask it to analyze. Those third-party systems have their own terms, policies, availability, and technical behavior.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Reports, SEO scores, recommendations, and technical checks are informational tools and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or incomplete results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExciteSubmit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and availability

ExciteSubmit may modify these terms, the service, usage limits, or available features. The effective date above identifies the current version of these terms.
